EVEN IF GOVERNMENT DECLARES HOLIDAY ON ANY OF THE ABOVE DATES, THE EXAMINATIONS SHALL BE CONDUCTED AS USUAL.   JNTUH  With regard to the duration of exam and promotion to next year, due to Covid-19 pandemic, following guidelines may be noted in compliance of the UGC/TSSCHE guidelines: 1) All the end-semester examinations shall be conducted for a  duration of two hours . However, the  maximum marks of external exams shall remain the same . The timings of semester examinations are  10:30 AM to 12:30 PM  in the forenoon session and  2:30 PM to 4:30 PM  in the afternoon session. The examinations of some branches shall be held in the forenoon session and other branches shall be held in the afternoon session. Please refer to the detailed timetables for more details. 2) The pattern of examination shall be “ Five out of eight question pattern ”. There shall be no compulsory section with short answer questions. The questions shall be set/moderated such that the students can comfortably answer each question within 20 minutes time. 3) There shall be  no credit based detentions for the academic year 2020

  JNTUH  All Regular as well as supply external lab examinations of all even and odd semester B.Tech & B.Pharm courses (I-1, II-1, III-1, IV-1, I-2, II-2 and III-2) are to be conducted after spell-3 examinations. In the lines similar to the theory exams, the preferences of exam centers for writing the lab exams may be collected from the students.

  JNTUH  The Principals are informed to note that third spell of University exams shall be commencing from  12-11-2020  . This third spell semester examinations comprises of regular& supply examinations of all 1-2, 2-2 and 3-2(even semesters) of B.Tech. and B.Pharm. courses.

JNTUH  All the Principals of the Affiliated and Constituent Colleges offering B.Tech / B.Pharmacy courses are hereby informed that the University Examination Branch issues notification for conduct of Computer Based Test (CBT) for IV Year II Semester B.Tech/B.Pharmacy Regular students in the month of Oct 2020 who are absent for mid-term examination(s) conducted at the college. Further this CBT shall also be conducted for the student(s) who are transferred from other Universities/Autonomous colleges under JNTUH, and for the internal marks component of substitute subjects . The revised dates of all the exams which were originally scheduled from 14th to 22nd October, 2020, will be intimated later.
